Appreciative Living is an easy to understand and practical approach teaching you skills that help you naturally expand your thinking to be more open, positive, and creative, allowing you to see new opportunities and solutions you were blind to before.

Do you have 90 minutes to give yourself each week to change your life for the better? 

In 4 weeks, you can learn new skills that, when practiced regularly, will change your life for the better and bring you more joy. 

Working in a small virtual group of 6-8 people - with home play and reading - the new skills become easy habits.

Appreciative Living Learning Circle Has Three Main Components:

#1. Weekly Virtual Class: for 4 weeks you’ll join a small group of others to learn and share experiences. Class size is limited to make sure you get plenty of quality interaction and maximum benefit.

#2. Comprehensive Workbook & Companion Journal: Each week you’ll get a detailed workbook with all the notes and key ideas for that week along with an electronic companion journal where you can do your exercises or take notes.

#3. Weekly Reading & Practices: You’ll have simple 10-15 minute daily practices that will help you create the life you want along with weekly reading. You will be given clear written exercise instructions and templates so you know exactly what to do, how, and when each week.
