 The 3 Vital Questions E-Learning Experience

Through a small group facilitated experience, this course addresses Workplace Drama (and the personal drama in our everyday lives as well) that surrounds us.  It is about shifting our focus from problems to outcomes, understanding the roles that we take on in workplace drama cycles, and how to transform that drama into resilient and resourceful relationships. Because we each have the capacity to lead in our lives both professionally and personally, it is critical that we are able to co-create, engage, innovate, and collaborate.  Change is a critical part of this process, so embracing change becomes the fuel that empowers great results.  This program will enable you to respond skillfully to the competitive environment that we face.  

The Leadership Program

The Leadership Program includes education, valid assessments, and executive coaching. Individuals create and are able to articulate a clear and powerful vision, analyze current competencies and identify the competencies they wish to develop further. Individuals will also have a richer grasp of what they are motivated by and learn strategies to leverage their interests, passions, and strengths.  

Accelerating Team Engagement, Performance & Outcome Program

We will identify and review leadership and employee motivators, the fundamental drivers that enable individual and organizational success. By understanding and leveraging the connection between what motivates each person and communication, tasks and recognition necessary within the organization, a pathway is created toward greater engagement, empowerment, and productivity.
