A 5 Step Program
“Owning Your Forward Movement” is a 1:1 coaching intensive to help you overcome the paralysis, engage the energy, create the headspace, and celebrate exactly who and where you are while confidently claiming your forward movement!
These 5 steps within a 12-session time frame focus on grounding yourself, learning how to listen to the quiet voice inside, letting go of what holds you back, identifying your direction, creating a path and actualizing your forward movement.
Step 1: Understanding Transition/Understanding YOU
We’ll begin by getting a better read on your life by sorting through and naming the pieces that have been leading you forward. We will also look for the pieces that have slowed you down. We’ll place all of this within the context of change that will provide greater clarity as well as provide a better perspective of the more essential You.

Step 2: Creating the Internal Strategy
In this step, you will understand how your brain and body can work together while learning critical tools to support that relationship enabling forward movement in the career journey.

Step 3: Exploring You
We will step back into your life and re-examine the stories of joyful accomplishment and what you have missed along the way of living your life. You will name the threads that weave throughout each of them. It is those threads of transferable skills that lead us forward, linking to areas of interest that provide the direction forward.

Step 4: Claiming Your Path & Naming Your Steps
You will spend time identifying your vision, creating your path, naming your steps, highlighting your support – both internal and external.

Step 5: Your Presence in the World
In this step, you will awaken your voice to speak from a place of authenticity. Where is it that you love to play? What mediums excite you? We will bring the pieces together and you will name the cross-thread locations. It is the experience of our lives that find or change the location. What will you find? You will use your voice and presence connecting it with others as you explore and engage in the world.
Each of these steps recognize that they come together to create your path forward. The path is unique to you and moves forward in the way that best fits you. Consequently, we will move through this process according to your needs.
